Very pleased with the product, The cardboard package was slightly torn, but product not damaged. The delivery took 3 days, I sent an E-mail on day 3 concerning non delivery, the sales team (Sue) returned an instant e-mail giving me confidence it was on its way. The weather conditions for transport had been terrible, so can forgive the delay (delivered lunchtime day 3), very grateful for your rapid response. G.Burnham
