Fire Extinguishers for Corridor Areas

Corridors should be kept clear at all times as they form part of the escape route. They have a limited fire risk but like stairways they are a key place to access extinguishers for surrounding rooms. It is important that rooms leading off from the corridors are considered when purchasing extinguishers.
